PRICES
Prices are constantly changing and we reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of price changes from our suppliers. We reserve the right to refuse delivery on all products due to. price changes and stock situation. All delivery times stated should be considered preliminary.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
Orders, for products in stock, received before 13.00 are usually dispatched the same day after the payment has been received. An order confirmation is only sent by e-mail and then to the address, you specified on the order. Items that have been ordered via the website can be picked up at Arsa-Data ABs, however, this applies to the store's own delivery time. Orders from Arsa-Data AB can unfortunately not be delivered in part.
The delivery time stated to 1-2 days in the online store means that Arsa-Data AB can normally send the product 2 days after ordering. Stock status "Out of stock" means that the product may have a longer delivery time.
The item is delivered by postal package only within Sweden.
Your order is delivered to the nearest delivery point if the package weighs less than 20 kg. Packages weighing between 20-35 kg are left at the post terminal or haulier. Stool or goods weighing more than 35 kg are left at the heavy goods terminal. Please note that home delivery is not included in the shipping price for postal packages. Arsa-Data AB is right to charge the customer SEK 550 incl. VAT in the event of non-collection of packages from delivery points.
Basic shipping is currently from SEK 100 Incl. VAT, for every extra package SEK 100 Incl. VAT.
Orders over SEK 1500 are delivered free of charge.
NOTE! For large deliveries that must be packed on pallets, we charge the customer SEK 1,000.
Arsa-Data AB does not bear the risk for the product after the product has left our store.
Transport damage must be reported on the same day as you receive the delivery to DHL via telephone 0771-345 345 and to Arsa-Data AB via e-mail: info@arsadata.se This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Under no circumstances should you trigger a package that looks damaged, even if you think the contents are undamaged! If you discover the damage only after you have opened the package, immediately complain to Arsa-Data AB and DHL as above.
Arsa-Data's obligations cease when the goods are declared for export and have been handed over to the carrier who is contracted. After that, the risk of damage and loss of the goods passes to the buyer.
CHANGE OF ORDER
You have the opportunity to change your order free of charge until the package is packed at Arsa-Data AB. Changes can be made by phone to customer service at 021-13 13 53 or by e-mail: info@arsadata.se

After your order has been packaged, no changes can be made.
NOTE! In case of advance payment, no changes can be made after the payment has been completed!
CANCELATION
As a customer, you have the opportunity to cancel your order free of charge until the shipment is sent from our warehouse. If the shipment has already been sent, the customer undertakes to pay the shipping cost plus handling fee, currently, the fee is SEK 550. Cancellations must be notified to Arsa-Data AB by e-mail to info@arsadata.se
UNRELEASED SHIPMENT
For items that have not been redeemed and have not been cancelled but have been returned to Arsa-Data AB, a fee will currently be charged. SEK 550 including VAT to cover Arsa-Data AB's transport and administration costs. We reserve the right to change the delivery time at short notice.
We reserve the right to misspelling and make printing and typing errors.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has in his law on consumer protection in the case of distance contracts etc. further states, in certain cases the right to withdraw from a purchase by leaving or sending a notice to Arsa-Data AB within 14 days from the day the consumer received the product or a significant part of this. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply when the seal/sealing of the product has been broken. Sealing also refers to technical sealing (eg serial number).
The right of withdrawal only applies if the product is in a substantially unchanged condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies and associations. If the shipment has already been sent, the customer undertakes to pay the shipping cost plus handling fee, currently, the fee is SEK 550.
RESERVATION
We reserve the right to cancel orders, regardless of whether it concerns errors such as printing errors, technical problems or mass orders. In the event of incorrect information, you have the right to cancel your purchase, regarding the Consumer Purchase Act. We also reserve the right to delays and final sales.
If an ordered product is out of stock, we reserve the right to send an equivalent replacement item instead. You then, of course, have a full right of return and get your money back for both goods and shipping if you are not satisfied. Receiving an item you have not ordered is a valid basis for a complaint under the Consumer Purchase Act.
